• Practical exercise: Perform an HTTP request to an API directly from a browser

Workshop 2 | Exploring Geospatial APIs: Accessing Online Geographic Data

• Tools and methods to test APIs
• Overview of major geospatial APIs
• API standards in the geospatial field
• Exploring the ArcGIS REST API
• Practical exercise: Send requests to various geospatial APIs (OSM and ArcGIS)

Workshop 3 | Integrating APIs into FME

• FME tools for interacting with APIs
• Handling JSON format in FME
• Best practices for API integration development
• Using the FME Flow REST API
• Practical exercise: Integrate APIs into FME Form with a focus on performance and security
