Because there’s more to life than work, we put the talents and interests of our team members to good use to support causes that are close to our heart by participating in events or helping local community groups.
Every spring, we choose an organization and offered a full day of volunteering. This very special involvement creates a real sense of accomplishment and builds strong bonds between our team members.

GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY, ONE PAN AND ONE SHOVEL AT A TIME
Our annual volunteering day made a big comeback in 2022: our team proudly showed up to support Cuisines de l’Amitié. We got to peeling, chopping, portioning and even soil prepping, digging and planting for a good cause!
What an honour to do kitchen and garden work to lend a helping hand to an organization that fights food insecurity for seniors and people in vulnerable situations.
A PEACEFUL SUMMER GARDEN
For our Annual Volunteer Day, our team members spent the day at the South Shore Alzheimer Society. Our mission: to give back the luster to their therapeutic garden. This huge space plays an important role in the daily lives of their patients. They can walk in the garden to change their minds. These few hours of scraping, scrubbing and planting flowers have illuminated many faces, both at Consortech and in patients!
AFTER 5 YEARS,
IT’S BECOME A TRADITION!
Every year, there comes a time when our team can no longer stay in place. We swap our office chairs for our bikes and pedal 135 km for a good cause. La Boucle du Grand Défi Pierre-Lavoie does not scare us: we believe that well-being and health come through physical exercise. It is therefore with great pleasure that we participate in this fundraising event!
A DAY FOR
EN MARGE 12-17
This year, we rolled up our sleeves to do a big cleaning operation at En Marge 12-17, an organization that supports Montréal youth by offering them an alternative to running away from home and living on the streets.
Tidying up, painting, landscaping—everyone got involved to spruce up their premises and building!

2016: HELPING FAMILIES
WITH A BIG CLEAN-UP
In 2016, our team broke out its brooms and feather dusters to help with various chores at the Centre de répit-dépannage Aux Quatre Poches in Boucherville. This organization was founded in 1990 to provide respite to families caring for children with multiple disabilities.
A 48-HOUR BIKE RIDE TO BENEFIT MAKE-A-WISH QUEBEC
What could be more rewarding than granting a wish for a sick child?
To help make this a reality, Consortech put together teams of riders who collected donations and rode their bikes during this 48-hours event.
Our passion, dedication and team spirit helped us succeed brilliantly at this daunting challenge, and we were able to give a total of $17,000 to Make-A-Wish Quebec for our three participations.
