As a Consortech sales representative, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Offer high-level consulting services for integrating geospatial data and automating corporate data flows
  • Promote innovative FME software solutions developed by Safe Software, the global leader in geospatial data transformation and integration
  • Contribute to technological development in the industry by improving and optimizing business processes
  • Help to expand the company’s unique expertise to new markets outside of Quebec (rest of Canada, United States)
  • Work with a recognized team of experienced specialists to achieve clients’ objectives

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Solicit municipalities, government organizations and public utility firms in North America
  • Develop bids and service offers in close collaboration with consultants
  • Help implement sales and marketing strategies and tactics to achieve and exceed objectives
  • Ensure client satisfaction as you meet your business targets

You have the following skills:

  • Ability to detect and analyze clients’ business objectives through an understanding of their market and their issues
  • Ability to identify appropriate value-added solutions for clients
  • Ability to sell complex solutions through high-level consulting services
  • Ability to interact and negotiate with high-level decision makers and managers
  • Motivation to achieve and exceed sales objectives
  • Ability to adapt quickly to constantly changing technologies
  • Ability to make prospecting calls
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Bilingualism

You have the following qualifications:

  • University degree or college diploma in geomatics, information technologies, engineering, business administration, or another related field
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in sales and business development
  • Experience selling technological solutions and consulting services
