As a Consortech consultant, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Be involved in a variety of projects, such as automating geospatial data flow, bridging information systems or implementing online data sharing solutions

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Consulting and support services:

  • Analyser et définir des solutions assurant l’amélioration et l’optimisation des processus d’affaires d’une clientèle privée et publique qui gère des données d’infrastructures et d’actifs immobiliers
  • Élaborer des processus de travail afin de résoudre les différentes problématiques des clients
  • Mettre en place des systèmes automatisant l’extraction, la transformation et le chargement de données (ETL) basés sur la technologie FME
  • Assurer le succès des projets chez ses clients


  • Provide assistance, training and technical support to users of the FME software suite

Marketing and sales team support:

  • Accompany representatives when they go see clients in order to demonstrate our expertise while addressing their businesses goals
  • Contribute to the creation of specialized marketing content (blog posts, various articles)
  • Participate in conferences, seminars, lectures, meetings, etc.

You have the following qualifications:

  • University or college diploma in geomatics, computer science or information technology
  • Experience with geomatics technologies such as ArcGIS and ArcGIS Server
  • Technical knowledge of computer science (databases, web services, IT infrastructure)
  • Experience with support for technical users and training
  • Knowledge of Safe Software’s FME software (asset)
  • Knowledge of the Python programming language (asset)
  • Available to travel to clients across Quebec and the rest of Canada
  • Bilingual (English and French)
