Que vous soyez un utilisateur exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 ou \u00e0 vos tout d\u00e9buts avec FME<\/a>, il est fort probable que vous ayez d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 les listes. Il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019\u00eatre ceinture noire en FME pour les exploiter \u00e0 leur plein potentiel, alors voici quelques concepts qui vous aideront \u00e0 partir du bon pied avec les listes!<\/p>\n

1. Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019une liste?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Un peu comme les listes en Python, qui sont une collection ordonn\u00e9e d\u2019items d\u2019un certain type, une liste FME permet aux objets (features<\/em>) d\u2019avoir de multiples valeurs par attributs, et ce, pour chaque enregistrement. Chaque valeur est conserv\u00e9e dans un index, ou un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de liste, qui peut \u00eatre r\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9e avec sa position dans la liste. Vous pouvez utiliser autant les valeurs d\u2019attributs en format tabulaire que dans une liste d\u2019un workspace FME, ce qui ajoute de la flexibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 vos donn\u00e9es. Sachez aussi qu\u2019il existe environ 80 transformers<\/em> dans FME pour construire et utiliser les listes.<\/p>\n

2. O\u00f9 retrouve-t-on les listes?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Il est fr\u00e9quent d\u2019utiliser des listes dans les situations o\u00f9 il faut joindre des attributs dans une relation de type \u201cun-\u00e0-plusieurs\u201d. En effet, enregistrer des valeurs multiples pour un attribut peut \u00eatre plus efficace que de cr\u00e9er un nouvel enregistrement pour chaque relation. Ceci s\u2019applique aussi bien aux jointures non spatiales (\u201cdatabase joins\u201d) qu\u2019aux jointures spatiales (intersections d’objets ou relations entre objets adjacents).<\/p>\n

Le fait de s\u00e9parer les valeurs d\u2019une cha\u00eene de caract\u00e8res cr\u00e9era aussi une liste o\u00f9 chaque particule est plac\u00e9e dans un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de la liste.<\/p>\n

Dans des formats web comme XML ou JSON, les donn\u00e9es sont souvent conserv\u00e9es dans des listes. M\u00eame si le sch\u00e9ma diff\u00e8re d\u2019un format \u00e0 l\u2019autre, FME peut regrouper efficacement des \u00e9l\u00e9ments dans une liste.<\/p>\n

3. Quels sont les avantages des listes?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

  1. G\u00e9n\u00e9rer une liste pour des relations \u201cun-\u00e0-plusieurs\u201d dans une base de donn\u00e9es ou des joints spatiaux peut pr\u00e9server toutes les donn\u00e9es jointes.\n<\/li>\n
  2. Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019une liste peuvent \u00eatre convertis facilement en attributs en format tabulaire, vous donnant ainsi la possibilit\u00e9 de conserver un ou plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la liste dans une table.\n<\/li>\n
  3. S\u00e9parer les valeurs des attributs avec un d\u00e9limiteur peut aider \u00e0 entreposer les donn\u00e9es de fa\u00e7on plus efficace.\n<\/li>\n
  4. Conserver les donn\u00e9es dans une liste index\u00e9e vous \u00e9vite d\u2019avoir \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un grand nombre d\u2019attributs en format tabulaire, ce qui peut \u00eatre lourd.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Soyez vigilant! Tout comme avec les attributs, vous pourriez vous retrouver avec une tonne de donn\u00e9es inutiles. Il est facile de se perdre dans les donn\u00e9es\u2026 Nettoyez donc vos listes au fur et \u00e0 mesure que vous travaillez!<\/p>\n
