Dans le cas sp\u00e9cifique de la fonction g\u00e9omatique, en parall\u00e8le des analystes SIG, une \u00e9quipe performante devrait s\u2019appuyer sur des employ\u00e9s poss\u00e9dant des comp\u00e9tences TI sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es telles que des administrateurs de syst\u00e8mes, des DBA ainsi que de solides programmeurs. Dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, que l\u2019on soit un d\u00e9partement TI ou g\u00e9omatique, trouver des d\u00e9veloppeurs et des DBA d\u2019exp\u00e9rience est une t\u00e2che ardue.
